Challenge

The challenge was to provide a maintenance management system covering projects, work orders, rotables, incident management, reliability engineering, funds management, master data management tool and a user interface in SAP which gives user single page access & operative reporting tool to manage complex and large work scopes easily .

How we did?

Latest tools & techniques were used from SAP such as PAM, MRS, OLC (operation level costing), SAP-FM, SAP-PS, PPM to deliver the requirement. Still to cater all user specific checks & balances more then 100 developments were done within work order management audited and verified by Tecxed to ensure single point integrated development.
