Also the integration of production process, plant maintenance & shut down planning was of a great importance directly affecting a continous production line, supply to the market and therefore revenue.

How we did?

Desigining, testing and delivering a solution for 7 plants in Singapore covering huge master data of assets under a tight documentation control and strict quality parameters integrated with logistic processes was a challenge succesfully met to achieve the project go-live within schedule.
