Our consultant worked in this power plant SAP rollout project in Malaysia to help client in implementing finance, materials management, maintenance, human resource, sales & distribution solution for three power plant sites.

Challenge

Apart from rolling out the SAP solution, there was a challenge to implement a new safety solution to replace a legacy application costing clients a hefty price. A SAP based solution (work clearance management) was implemented with a price of only one year support fee of the UK based legacy application without any additional maintenance & support fee for the new solution.

How we did?

Enhancement model was adopted and applications were developed for scaffolding works, confined space and radioactive works safety regulations and permits requirements while standard tag out / lockout was implemented and integrated with SAP including the developments.
