- Disposal planning took almost two years for some assets.

How we did it
We found the assets in SAP where disposal was a prolonged process.
Master data was deactivated to prevent further use of assets being disposed of.
Parts that needed disposal along with the assets were recognized automatically.
We created disposal orders, booked disposal activity costs, planned activities and streamlined approvals.
