Challenge

The challenge was to provide a comprehensive maintenance management system that covered projects, work orders, rotables, incident management, reliability engineering, funds management, master data management, and a user-friendly SAP interface. The goal was to ensure a single-page access system with an operational reporting tool, enabling users to manage complex and large work scopes with ease.

Solution

The latest SAP tools and techniques were implemented, including PAM (Plant Asset Management), MRS (Multi-Resource Scheduling), OLC (Operation Level Costing), SAP-FM (Funds Management), SAP-PS (Project System), and PPM (Portfolio and Project Management) to meet the requirements. Additionally, to address user-specific checks and balances, more than 100 custom developments were executed within the work order management system. These developments were audited and verified by Tecxed to ensure a seamlessly integrated and efficient system.
