How We Did It?

Designing, testing, and delivering a solution for seven plants in Singapore, covering a vast master data set of assets under tight documentation control and strict quality parameters integrated with logistics processes, was a significant challenge. However, the project was successfully completed on schedule, ensuring a seamless go-live.
