Overview

This project was highly challenging because of strict regulatory and documentation requirements.

The challenge

Production, plant maintenance and shutdown planning had to be integrated. This mattered a great deal, because it directly affected a continuous production line, market supply and overall revenue.

How we did it

We designed, tested and delivered a solution for seven plants in Singapore. It covered:
